We're honoured to be participating in an Art Inspired Menu with Mira Hotel's Whisk Restaurant. This menu was created to coincide with the annual Art Central and Art Basel exhibition at the Central Harbourfront and at the HKCEC, respectively.
For this particular menu, the sommelier and the chef decided to use Bibi Graetz's wines for the menu mainly because of the creative labels (given Bibi's family's history in the art world) and especially because of the quality of the wine.
