Bollicine rosa tutto Sangiovese!
Bibi Graetz pre-announced his new experiment with a sparkling Rosé several months ago, and finally I saw this recently, they showed off the actual product via the Italian press Il Sole 24 Ore.
Bibi has earned the title of the 'Oscar' for Italian Red Wine with his Testamatta and the Colore range both achieved top scores from James Suckling. The Tuscan producer is consistently looking to incubate innovative ideas in his 'Mad House' (Casamatta) after the successful making of great indigenous Tuscan reds, and here comes this 'Bollicine rosa tutto Sangiovese' - a sparkling Rosé that is made of 100% Sangiovese by the Charmat method.
