| The Colour is red garnet, very intense and deep with violet reflex. This wine is extraordinarily rich, strong and complex, but elegant at the same time. At first striking are the note of red fruits (cherry, sour cherry, prune, blackberry and blueberry), then light herbaceous and violet notes. Then again toasted note, with vanilla, coffee, liquorice, graphite and a light mint note. The nose is quite impressive and persistent. The palate is quite impressive too: rich and bodied, deep but fine and elegant. Easy to recognise notes of ripe fruit. The structure is good, with note of liquorice, vanilla, toasting aromas and coffee. The tannins are very soft, and the taste is both persistent and aromatic, and long. This wine is fresh with a good acidity, which can guarantee a good ageing. It is obviously young at the moment; it will be at its best in a few years.
