In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have lowered the minimum order amount to HK$1,000 (from HK$1,500) as our gesture to make home deliveries more accessible for our customers. For orders of less than HK$1,000, a delivery charge of:
- HK$80 is required for Hong Kong Island;
- HK$150 is required for Kowloon;
- HK$300 is required for New Territories.
*EDIT on 11th of August, 2020: Due to changes in policy by our 3rd party logistics partner, we have temporarily halted our service to deliver to Lantau (including Tung Chung & Discovery Bay), Lamma and other outlying islands. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery to Macau
A minimum delivery fee of HK$400 for 24 bottles*
*Additional quantity will increase delivery fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for separate quotation.s.
- Hong Kong Island: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays;
- Kowloon, New Territories: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays;
- Macau: When required. Please allow for 3 days for delivery. Additional fee may apply.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver wines to the following locations:

- Man Kam To;
- Mai Po;
- Lok Ma Chau;
- Lo Wu;
- Po Toi;
- Tung Lung Chau;
- Grass Island;
- Crooked Island (Kat O);
- Tung Ping Chau;
- Mui Wo;
- Lamma Island;
- Peng Chau;
- Cheng Chau;
- Tai O;
- Lantau Island.
We use our own delivery fleet for all orders. The delivery time is 2 business days of placing your order. If no one is present at the delivery address during the time of delivery, a notice card will be left for you to rearrange the delivery. An additional delivery fee may be required. Prior to delivery, all orders must be paid by credit cards online (for non-trade customers) or cheque. All cheques must be cleared before arrangements begin.
Orders are processed soon after confirmation to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. Depending on district and location you are expected to receive your order(s) within 2 business days of placing your order.
Whilst Cuvees.com cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them. Therefore, these are only estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic.
Unless otherwise stated, ullages of all the wines offered are top shoulder or better. We strive to find wines in their best condition, however the Customer should make the appropriate allowances for natural variations of ullages, case condition, labels and corks for old wines.
We currently cannot provide refunds on wine and will not accept the return of wines, including corked wines. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Breakages / Shortfall
All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be logged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter.
Cuvees.com and 12 Bottles Company Limited reserves the right to levy a storage charge of HKD20/bottle per month for wines which have been made available but not collected or delivered within 30 days of purchase.
The charge will be yearly based at $180 per case (or part case) or per large format bottle. Cellarage invoices will be raised on 1 January each year for the full year. If wines are stored after the beginning of the year, charges will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you want to collect your wine early, we will refund you with the remaining full month(s) storage fee.
Cuvees.com and 12 Bottles Company Limited shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Law and Jurisdiction
All sales and contracts are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
