Cyril's wines can be found in some of the world's best restaurants and bars: Hakkasan in London, Gordon Ramsay’s Le Pressoir d’Argent in Bordeaux, The Beef Club in Paris, just to name a few.
Very beautiful pale gold color with soft green reflections. The nose is delicious, pure, floral and fresh.
It first favors flowers, then notes of peaches and apricots, and finally pleasant minerality.
The palate is delicate and balanced. It combines maturity, elegance and freshness, supported in the end by a mineral touch.
Very food-friendly. Suggest pairing with seafood, grilled chicken, hard cheese or drink by itself
