Domaine Gautheron is located in Fleys, a village of 150 inhabitants surrounded by Chablis' eastern hills in Northern Burgundy. It covers 25 hectares of vines on some of Chablis best terroirs. The estate was created in 1809, is family owned and operated for more than seven generations. Today Cyril Gautheron, supported by his wife Agnès, is making one of the appellation's finest wines.

Cyril Gautheron focusses on the expression of terroir to make graceful wines which respect the crisp and traditional characteristics of Chablis. From the classic Chablis and crystal-cut Premier Cru to the bold Grand Cru wines, the Domaine is highly recognized among international wine trade. Cyril's wines can be found in some of the world's best restaurants and bars: Hakkasan in London, Gordon Ramsay’s Le Pressoir d’Argent in Bordeaux, The Beef Club in Paris, just to name a few.

The Gautheron estate has been family owned for five generations making very traditional Chablis from 25ha of vineyard. Their Chablis offers fresh, floral aromas, appley fruit and complex, rich mineral character derived from the subtle influence of the chalky vineyard soils. Fermentation and maturation is in vat to preserve the fresh steely flavours and lively balanced citrus finish.

A good aperitif and complement to oysters, shellfish, and grilled fish and with regional Burgundian food like parsley ham or cheeses.
