| Composition: Blended eaux-de-vie 40 to 60 years old.
| Ageing / Blending: Distilled with the lees, it ages in new Limousin Oak casks with a medium interior toast for 3 years. The ageing process continues in old barrels in a damp cellar. A progressive reduction is made, with distilled water and by decreasing the alcoholic strength by natural evaporation.

| Taste: The complexities are beyond imagination and the aftertaste is staggering; so take a trip into the dark and fiery heart of the Grand Champagne.
| How to Enjoy: Pour it and let it stood for a quarter of an hour before you taste it. Sip it slowly and let the bouquet and the flavors unfold and develop on your palate.
