|| Grapes:||Ugni Blanc|
|| Region:||Grande Champagne|
| Composition: Blended eaux-de-vie of 12 to 20 years old.
| Ageing / Blending: Distilled with the lees, it ages in new Limousin Oak casks with a medium interior toast for 3 years. The ageing process continues in old barrels or hogsheads in a damp cellar. A progressive reduction is made, with distilled water (max 5% of diminution every 6 months to 1 year) using the 'faibles' technique.
| Color: Deep Amber with a hint of old gold.
| Bouquet: Voyer Napoleon is a cognac of elegance and balance with a floral heart. The scent of jasmine and carnation are mirrored by the beguiling fruity peaches and plums aromas, and the softer high vanilla and wood notes. This cognac has the beginnings of a sophisticated bouquet, the high quality cognac characteristic, and is the perfect accompaniment for a cigar.
| Taste: An outstandingly elegant and delicate floral taste with hints of soft fruits and plumbs. The various tastes are unveiled slowly, step by step on the palate.
| How to Enjoy: Enjoy it with cigars, straight or on the rocks. This cognac is also a beguiling ingredient for cocktails or long drinks. Whichever way you drink it, you will be charmed by its complexity. (More cocktails on www.cognac-voyer.fr)
