The wine is like crystal, the robe is golden with hints of green typical to the Chardonnay. The mousse is fine and regular with a pretty ribbon of strong bubbles.

The first nose is flowery (hawthorn and honeysuckle) and evolves in the glass with hints of fresh bread and roasted almond. The finish offers an incredible bunch of sea sprays and oyster’s shell flavors.

The attack is very pure, tight but creamy at the same time. A first feeling of delicacy is dominated by white flowers and hazelnuts, then comes notes of fine citrus and toasted bread. The finish is very long in the mouth, revealing the typical chalk of Le Mesnil sur Oger and bringing to the wine distinctive salty, even iodized character.
