| Fresh pear, sweet and slightly more acidic flavor from the Yamadanishiki brew. Aged for more than two years in the brewery’s cold storage, which helped stablize the sake and picked up the pure taste of Yamadanishiki’ s rice. Followed by flavourful rice malt taste and yeast flavor, intense alcohol can be detected by the smell. Finish is quite long, with maltiness running through.
