This is a new benchmark for Saumur-Champigny, from a domaine with an impeccable pedigree linked to the legendary Clos Rougeard. The brilliant 2019 vintage has yielded a Cabernet Franc of stunning purity and depth. A complex nose of raspberry, graphite, and bell pepper precedes a palate of immense energy, with silky tannins and a long, chalky finish.
